Shipping & Exchange


All items are shipped via Australia Post Service.

Please ensure that all delivery information is correct, as we are unable to amend any details once your order has been despatched.

Most orders will ship out within the next 3 days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Runway Secrets cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

Please be aware that with international orders you may be liable for import and/or custom duties on your order. You will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival. These are not Collect On Duty (COD) charges, they are taxes and duties charged in your country and are not related to Runway Secrets specifically. All taxes and duties charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Runway Secrets for any reason.

We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions of goods, services and delivery charges displayed on the site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Click & Collect is available free of charge from both of our Melbourne stores.



If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your exchange for online purchases.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Check our refund policy here for more information.
